Spectacular Spectre!

Occasionally when a cria is born you have a gut feel that tells you “this is going to be a very special alpaca”…  well that was the feeling upon seeing Spectre for the first time and instinct was correct – he has been a little superstar in the show ring over the last year, and is growing into the most wonderful male. With Algoma Chaska as a Grandsire, Shamarra Dynamo as his Sire, and Oak Ridge Vienna as his dam, genetically speaking he has a lot to offer.  Ultra fine, and super dense at the same time, judges commented that it is hard to tell between his primary & secondary fibres!!

He has a beautiful presence in the paddock, and a quiet temperament to match.  And his fleece… well now that is very special!!!!!!
